Help CenterThe camera is equipped with two SD cards that can store approximately 160 hours of video. It continuously records to the SD cards whenever the camera is powered on and the vehicle is operating or in motion.
For a typical customer driving about 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, this provides approximately one month of recorded video history, which can be accessed through the platform or directly from the SD cards.
As a reminder, event videos that are automatically uploaded to the cloud are retained for six months. You can also download the videos to your computer as an MP4 and keep them indefinitely.
