Help CenterTo create alerts for equipment with a sensor, navigate to Admin > Notifications. From the center pane, click the + icon next to the alert you want to create.
Notifications are organized by Field Operations and Shop Operations, so be sure to select the alert type that best fits your workflow.
To create alerts for vehicles equipped with a telematics gateway, open the Dashcam & Telematics module. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Global Settings.
Next, select Alerts & Notifications from the menu. Then click the + icon next to the alert you want to create.
Complete the alert settings as follows:
- Enter a Name for the alert (example: Demo Road Level Speeding Alert).
- Set the Threshold that will trigger the alert (example: 10 MPH over the posted speed limit).
- Enter the email address or phone number that should receive notifications in the Send Alert to Email/SMS field.
- Click the blue Edit button to assign the alert to specific groups or vehicles.
- Click Save Changes to create the alert.
