Log In
To log in, the user will enter the username, password, and company key provided by SmartAsset. If the user has issues logging into the app, contact support at support@smartasset.biz.
**Note: If you are a company user with access to the tracking platform, you will use the same login credentials that you use to log into the platform with through the Single Sign On (SSO) option.
Dashboard
From the Dashboard, the users can easily view their faily score along with a comprehensive list of events that have been triggered throughout the day.
If users wish to explore a complete archive of their events, they can simply click on the See All Events option, conveniently located at the bottom of the screen.
Upon entering the All Events screen, users are presented with a variety of options at the top, allowing them to filter and navigate through their events with ease.

Events
From the Dashboard, users have the ability to click on any event to delve into specifics. The selected entry will reveal comprehensive details, including the event’s location, time, and date, accompanied by video footage for an in-depth review. After examining the information, users are presented with the option to either Dispute or Acknowledge the event, allowing for clarity and resolution as needed.
Disputing an Event
If a user believes that an event created was inaccurately represented, they have the option to formally Dispute it. To initiate this process, simply select the Dispute option located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. This action will prompt the user to compose a detailed message explaining their reasons for contesting the event. Once submitted, the coach of the driver will receive the message and is given the opportunity to respond directly within the application. All correspondence, including notes and messages exchanged, can be accessed and reviewed in the Discussion tab conveniently located at the top of the screen.
Acknowledging an Event
Once the user has thoroughly reviewed the details of an event and has confirmed its accuracy, they can proceed by selecting the **Acknowledge** option to indicate their agreement.
Profile
On the Profile section, users have the opportunity to upload a Profile Photo, which is essential if they are utilizing facial recognition features. This visual identification enhances the personalization of the user experience.
Additionally, this page allows users to establish a specific date range for their review process, enabling them to analyze their driving behavior over selected time frames.
The second feature on this page is Scoring Over Time, which provides users with insights into their driving patterns. Here, users can easily check whether their driving habits are improving or deteriorating, fostering a deeper understanding of their performance on the road.
Notifications
Within the notifications tab, users can explore a comprehensive list of all triggered events, complete with the precise dates and times of each occurrence. This organized overview allows users to easily track and reference past activities, ensuring they stay informed and up-to-date.
More Details
From the dashboard, users can easily access the More Details option. Upon selecting this feature, they will have the opportunity to delve into a comprehensive review of scores from previous dates, allowing for a deeper analysis of their performance trends over time.
Menu
From the homepage, users can find a convenient three-line menu located in the top left-hand corner. This menu provides easy access to the following options:
